These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of mobile detailing services provided by Ace Mobile Detailing (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By booking or using any of our services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Offered
Ace Mobile Detailing provides mobile cleaning and detailing services for a variety of vehicles, including but not limited to:
- Automobiles (cars, SUVs, vans)
- Trucks (personal and commercial)
- Boats and personal watercraft
- Aircraft (small private planes only)
- RVs, trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, and specialty vehicles
Service availability may vary based on location, weather, and access.
2. Booking & Access
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website or by phone.
- The customer must ensure clear and legal access to the vehicle at the time of service.
- For boats, aircraft, or specialty vehicles, workspace must meet safety and logistical expectations.
- If access is denied or deemed unsafe, we reserve the right to reschedule and/or charge a fee.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is based on vehicle type, size, condition, and selected detailing services.
- Quotes provided are estimates. Final pricing may change based on inspection before service.
- Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App, or other approved digital methods.
4. Cancellations & No‑Shows
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
- Repeated no‑shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of booking privileges.
5. Condition & Limitations
- Additional charges may apply for vehicles with excessive dirt, mold, oxidation, pet hair, or tough stains.
- Complete removal of all blemishes, odors, or stains is not guaranteed.
- Services may be postponed in unsafe environments or adverse weather conditions.
- Aircraft detailing is limited to exterior and cockpit/interior cleaning only; no mechanical work.
6. Liability & Insurance
- We hold full insurance coverage for all mobile detailing services.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or paint defects uncovered during service.
- Remove all valuables before our arrival; we are not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
7. Environmental Practices
- We use biodegradable and eco-conscious products whenever possible.
- All water and waste handling complies with local environmental regulations.
8. Media & Marketing
- Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance and marketing.
- Identifying details (e.g. license plates) will be obscured unless otherwise consented.
- You may opt out of photo usage by notifying us before your appointment.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours.
- We will make reasonable efforts to correct any deficiencies.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised version.
