Quotes and scheduling

A website request is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment or binding price. We confirm the scope, price, location and timing directly with you. Quotes may change after inspection if the size, condition, access or requested work differs from the information provided. Additional work requires your approval. Availability may be affected by weather, access and safety conditions.

Customer responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact and service information, arrange permission to work at the location, and provide safe access to the vehicle, vessel or property. Tell us about existing damage, leaks, sensitive materials, prior repairs or coatings, and any marina, storage or property restrictions. Remove valuables and personal belongings before service. Any required utilities or special access arrangements will be discussed when scheduling.

Service scope and results

We perform the services agreed with you using reasonable care. Results depend on condition, material, age, previous maintenance and environmental exposure. Detailing, polishing, oxidation removal and coatings cannot guarantee removal of every stain, scratch or defect, and coatings do not prevent all damage. We may decline or pause work that presents an unsafe condition or unreasonable risk of damage. Maintenance recommendations and any product-specific warranty terms will be provided separately where applicable.

Payment, cancellations and concerns

Payment methods, due dates, deposits and any cancellation or rescheduling terms will be disclosed before you agree to service. Contact us promptly if you need to change an appointment. Weather or access problems may require rescheduling. If you have a concern about completed work, notify us as soon as reasonably possible so we can review it and discuss an appropriate resolution. These terms do not create an undisclosed cancellation fee or limit rights that cannot be waived by law.

SMS Terms

Program name: Ace Detailing Customer Texts. By selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Ace Detailing (Ace Mobile Detailing) at the mobile number you provide.

The program includes quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival updates and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request or purchase service without opting in.

Text STOP to cancel at any time; you'll get one confirmation message. After cancellation, no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Text HELP for help or contact us at 205-908-0949.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network availability. You are responsible for charges from your wireless provider and for telling us if your number changes. You must be authorized to use the mobile number supplied.

Website use and third-party services

Use the website lawfully and do not submit false information, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access. Website content and branding belong to Ace Mobile Detailing or their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party links, reviews and tools are subject to their providers' terms. We aim to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability or error-free third-party content.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party systems or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by Alabama law, subject to applicable federal law. Please contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it directly.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Terms agreed for an existing service are not changed retroactively without your agreement where required.
